About This Tour
Leave the city behind for a two-day journey that moves from Nurata’s sacred and historic sites into the open landscapes of the Kyzylkum Desert. After visiting the Chashma Complex, Nur Fortress and Juma Mosque, continue to a traditional yurt camp for desert time, dinner, folk music and an overnight beneath wide skies.
The second day turns toward Lake Aydarkul for lakeside relaxation, swimming and birdwatching before the onward drive. The detailed route currently follows Bukhara to Nurata, the yurt camp and Aydarkul, ending in Samarkand; reverse or alternative routing must be confirmed.
