About This Tour

Walk deeper into the Nuratau Mountains on a four-day route linking Hayat, Upper Ukhum, Asraf and Eski Forish. Three local homestay nights create time for village life between guided hikes, petroglyphs, old irrigation channels and community landmarks.

Daily routes range from 10 to 12 km, with the longest listed walking time around 4.5 hours. The final Eski Forish loop opens views toward Lake Aydar before lunch in Asraf and the road transfer to Samarkand.
